As more pet owners becoming concerned with the type of ingredients found in their pets’ food and what exactly we are feedings our dogs, more and more people come out asking for complete transparency from pet food companies. Owners want to know not only the exact ingredients but also how the food was made, where it was made and where the ingredients are sourced from, among other things.

In this podcast episode I’m discussing this very subject with Lindsay Tracy of Redbarn Pet Products who are well-known for being completely transparent about everything they do as a pet food company. We talk about why it’s so important for pet food companies to be open about where the ingredients come from and how food is made, and why USA made products aren’t always the most ideal choice.
